The holidays are just around the corner. Spruce up faded furniture with a chalk paint or wax to give a room a fresh and updated look. Dover’s Chalk Finish Paint Mix and Chalk Paint Wax Chalk are economical and high quality products. Dover’s Chalk Paint and Wax Brushes are available to complete the package. Buy three or more Dover’s products on Amazon and save 15% on the entire order.

There are two brush sizes available, a medium flat oval head or large rounded oval one. Both brushes are made from natural boar bristles set in epoxy to retain bristles when in use. Excellent coverage and a contoured wooden handle make these the best choice brushes to use with any DIY project. Use for painting, waxing, glazing, or stenciling with all brands and types of water-based paint, soft paste or sealing waxes.

Dover’s Chalk Paint Wax Chalk produces a semi-hard satiny sheen, and can be used over the top of a chalk paint project or on its own. Available in clear or dark brown, choose the color right for the project, or combine the two and make varying shades of brown. Sold in an 8 ounce tin, a little goes a long way and can be used for multiple projects.

Comparable to the best of the popular chalk paint brands, use Dover’s Chalk Finish Paint Mix with any flat latex or acrylic paint. Simple and easy to use, just add to any paint and turn it into a chalk paint right away. No sanding or priming needed, just apply to a clean surface. Kathy says, “I used a small amount, as directed, to mix into paint for a “Chalk Paint” project. It was very smooth and creamy. I liked the result and would use and or order again. I have my own recipe that has worked for me for the past two years on my chalk painted furniture projects, but this product has proven to be easy to use with nice results.”
